When you receive your product, you may inspect your items and if they have not been used, you will be able to return them for a refund. After the 14-day cooling period, returns cannot be processed, so it is important that an indication of return is reported as soon as possible when receiving your order.  

For us to refund a purchase, the returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received. Claims will be refused where you have purchased a product and you decide that you do not like it. We offer smaller samples and therefore encourage you to purchase these before buying bigger quantities on our site, to see whether the fragrance is right for you or not.

How to Return:

For returns please return your item using your preferred service and we would strongly advise you to keep a proof of postage and tracking number at hand so that a refund can be issued and there is a notification of the product being received. It is advisable that you use the same packaging supplied with your order, so that your item will be safely returned to us.
