BDK Parfums is a Parisian niche fragrance house founded in 2016 by David Benedek, based in the historic Palais Royal district of Paris. Perfumery runs in the family — Benedek’s grandparents opened one of Paris’s last independent perfumeries, Benlux, on Rue de Rivoli back in 1959, and it was his grandmother who first introduced him to the craft.

Each BDK fragrance is created as a kind of olfactory storytelling, drawing on memories, art, fashion and the everyday elegance of Parisian life. The house works with some of the industry’s leading perfumers and has built a reputation for rich, high-quality compositions across collections such as Collection Parisienne. Signature scents including Gris Charnel, Rouge Smoking and Tubéreuse Impériale have earned the brand international acclaim, and BDK is now stocked in prestigious retailers worldwide, including Harrods and Le Bon Marché.
